09th June 2011–Statistic for the word “UPSR”.

I found an interesting statistic on the word "UPSR" from Google Trend. Please read the attached chart.

Does it mean that those top rated area has more people who are concerned about UPSR compared to other areas? I was surprised that KL is not top in the list. Any good explanation?
